Syarikat Malaysia Yang Buat Special Effect Filem Life of Pie

Mesti ramai yang dah tau,  tapi mesti ramai juga yang tak tau lagi.  So sapa yang tak tau lagi,  akak nak share dengan u olls bahawa kita seharusnya rasa sangat sangat berbangga kerana sebuah syarikat Malaysia yang mempunyai ala-ala join venture dengan sebuah syarikat besar di Amerika telah dipertanggungjawabkan untuk membuat hasil special visual effects untuk movie yang amat akak suka iaitu Life of Pie.  U olls boleh baca review akak tentang filem ini di sini  :  Review Movie : Skyfall, Zaiton : Ceritaku, The Help, English Vinglish and Life of Pi

"The lead visual effects company for Life of Pi is Rhythm & Hues Studios (R&H) which has its corporate headquarters in El Segundo, California. 3D effects for the film were created by a team of artists from all of the R&H divisions, including locations in Mumbai and Hyderabad (India), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Vancouver (Canada), and Kaohsiung(Taiwan).^{[22][23][24][25][26][27]} Artist Abdul Rahman in the Malaysian branch underscored the global nature of the effects process, saying that "the special thing about Life of Pi is that it was the first time we did something called remote rendering, where we engaged our cloud infrastructure in Taiwan called CAVE (Cloud Animation and Visual Effects)."^[28]"

And u olls,  akhirnya filem Life of Pie telah memenangi anugerah Oscar bagi kategori Best Visual Effects.  Bangga sangat.  I still remember akak duk kata "WOW" kuat kuat masa tengok Life of Pie dalam wayang....En.  Khafi and Akmal mesti malu dengan akak.
