Bersempena dengan perayaan hari natal, restaurant Swez Brasserie di Eastin Hotel Penang menyajikan Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner bertajuk Eastin’s Yuletide Feast. Oh! Aku sangat suka sajian yang disediakan oleh pihak Eastin hasil karya kulinari daripada Chef Alex yang baru jer join Eastin Hotel Penang. Pilihan citarasa istimewa yang sering disajikan sepanjang musim perayaan Krismas dari negara Barat malah Asia. Oh! Tunggu aku kongsi gambar Kim Chee Soup with Clams and Tofu. Tentu-tentu resepi Korea yang amatlah menarik. Bau ja….pergh!

Hidangan dia semua lain dari lain, banyak yang aku tak pernah rasa sebelum ini. Tunggu nanti I susun semua gambar dan video kat bawah dengan deskripsi, u olls boleh tengok sendiri. First time cuba chicken liver terrine, braised beef ribs, gravlax…nama pun susah nak sebut u olls. Oh yes, I cakap tak pasai dia punya Roasted Turkey? Gila punya sedap. Moist dan flavourful. Chef Alex habaq, dia guna teknik brining. Aku pun baru google apa Teknik tu? So basically, Teknik memerap daging/ayam dalam ramuan air berperisa. Lepas tu baru bakar. Kerlas….
Bertuah sebab dapat peluang untuk Bersama-sama team Eastin Hotel Penang untuk merasakan air tangan Chef Alex, pakar dalam bidang masakan Italian, Chinese and Asian Cuisine sebab ini adalah kali pertama Chef Alex membuat food testing rasmi untuk team Eastin Hotel Penang and media team!
Kepada yang merancang untuk mengadakan jamuan makan malam Krismas Bersama keluarga bolehlah buat Perancangan dengan menempah tempat anda secepat mungkin. Semasa sesi makan malam berlangsung, akan disediakan party pack, penampilan Santa Claus malah persembahan live band.

I really enjoyed dining experience this time at Eastin Hotel Penang. Aku cuba rasa sikit-sikit untuk rasa semua juadah, tapi di akhir sajian, aku dah tak mampu. Tapi boleh kata, semua yang penting-penting aku rasa dan aku sangat suka! Kepada yang tak sambut Krismas pun, aku rasa tak dak masalah kalau hangpa mai menyibuk dan makan sama-sama dalam buffet dinner ni. Sebab sedap sangat.
Chilled Green tea noodle with condiments, Chicken liver terrine & Vanilla-scented scallop escabeche with Yuzu Chili Lime Aioli. Chicken Liver terrine yang dalam cawan ni memang sedap. Tak sangka hati ayam boleh jadi sedap macam ni. I sapu chicken terrine ni kat semua benda yang i nak telan. So delish.
Inilah Rock Salt Baked Crusted Whole Salmon di makan bersama Roasted Roots Vegetables and Porcini Cream. Syurga.
Kita calit jugak sedikit Cheese Yule Log dengan buahan kering. Campuran herba pada cheese ini, nikmat.
Lamb rillettes sangat sedap. Kambing cincang yang lembut. Cured salmon with pineapple and palm syrup memang lain dari lain. Paling aku suka Traditional gravlax!
Bouillabaisse adalah sejenis clear soup citarasa Perancis. Sedap, dia masam dan rasa asli seafood. Dihidang bersama Chilli Garlic Toast.
